This is our 2nd purchase with Edison in 6 months. We will never go anywhere else. He goes above and beyond and is simply the best!!! He is extremely diligent and knowledgeable and is a joy to work with. We never have to worry about anything with Edison at the helm. We look forward to many future endeavors with Edison!

We began looking for our first home with Edison well in advance of when we wanted to buy. As first-time buyers, we were unfamiliar with the market and undecided on a specific community in Orange County. We were considering Corona del Mar (where we met Edison), Newport Heights, Eastbluff, One Ford Road and the Port Streets. We explained our situation to Edison and he was willing to put the time in with us anyway. He spent countless weekends showing us homes in the different neighborhoods and describing the pros and cons of each. Edison was knowledgable about every community and did extensive research before each house visit. With Edison’s guidance, we were able to determine the best neighborhood for us and find the home of our dreams. Edison helped negotiate a price within our budge and got us a great deal on the house. For many, the first time buying a house must be overwhelming, but we never felt that way. Edison was with us every step of the way, always available to meet up, take a quick call or respond to a text. We can’t recommend Edison’s services enough. Great realtor and great guy!
